Legal Question in Family Law in India

My father owns a Self Acquired residential house. Recently through a will he transferred all the rights , titles and interests of this house, solely in the name of my mother.

Does this house then still becomes inheritable for me?

I am taking the divorce from my wife. And If the new marriage law gets passed does my wife can claim any right over a share in this house

Please note this house is self acquired by my father and my mother and father are still alive.
