Legal Question in Family Law in India

My father owns 2 acres of ancestral land. He given 70 cents of it to my sister and transferred that to her name, did not give me any. I would like to know the legal possibilities of getting me at least the same size of land on my name from my father. We are Christians and by law, I believe all kids have equal rights on the ancestral property. Please guide me.

Since its ancestral property so you do have equal right in the said property......

you need to file partition suit in order to claim your share ...
