my father passed away and my brother wanted me to give a no objection letter, if I give no objection letter does that mean I will not be getting a property share since I am staying a diferent city

No objection letter is issued in some specific thing like property or job claim of your father.
means he wants no objection to get your fathers job or property, but you have to go through the no objection certificate. so please ask him details and then consult any local lawyer.
