Legal Question in Family Law in India
My father passed away when i was 4days old....he has one brother....my mother re married after some years......And when my grandparents passed away many issues came between my uncle and me.....there was a will they had written...he even changed that without knowledge of me....but first will is not cancelled......he has not given me anything......gold,bank money, property nothing.....what to do .....without gng for a direct court case is thr any other option.....?

If you dont want to go to court then go and beg to your uncle. if still not agrees then put into his feet even then if not then you can break his head. Agreed???

Then there is no other alternate except pull him in the court and get your right.

you need to see a lawyer along with all the documents in your possession including the will. only after going through the documents, a legal action may be suggested.
