As my father passed away a month ago...we have the shop with us that was in the name of him...now we want the shop in the name of my mother...kindly guide the process to follow

approach the authorities and all the legal heir can give a relinquishment deed in favour of the mother . for further query contact 9312411481.

approach the local lawyer or Tehsildar and submit your affidavit that you all want to transfer whole property in the name of your mother.
