Legal Question in Family Law in India
My father a retired deputy bank manager died a few months ago. He bought a apartment and had loan from the same bank where he worked which would have been cleared in 2018-2019. He is survived by his wife, my 3 elder sister who are married and live in the same city and myself. Now that he has died, I would like to know how will the property be distributed, being his only property in his lifetime which should be worth around Rs.50 lacs now.

Dear client the property will distribute equally among the all remaining members. If yr sister ready to left their right in property then they can make relinquish deed and property will goes to u and yr mother.for any legal help call me
