Legal Question in Family Law in India
My father is being followed by his 1st wife and is now asking for settlement again when she came to know of selling of his old property.He wants to come to India for selling of the property but he fears for any police arrest due to LOC at airport if that lady files so by misusing law.He had heard of similar incidence earlier.What could be done on it??
