Legal Question in Family Law in India

my father having two wives elder was my mother, he was built and registered one house on my mothers name we have two sisters , my aunty was also having three childrens all are majors,my problem is my mother is going to write the veelunama about above property the house is financed by the national bank my father is paid entire money and released the documents some one saying entire money paying by your father so they were also eligible for sharing property, our point is the house is regestered by my mother name how can we give share to the others my doubt is if veelunama regestration is compulsory how to register, who is competent ,bond paper agreemnnet is enough please clarify

since property is in your mother's name, it does not matter who paid the money specially in view of the Benami Transaction (prohibition) act. She may write her WILL or transfer the property in any manner she desires. She may gift it to you children.
