my father who is 64 years of age has left my mother (60 year) 4 years ago without giving any share in property and any maintenance. we are three brothers and all lived seperately. my father lived with the smallest brother. where should my mother live? what should she do to get maintenance and share in husbands immovable property?

she can claim maintenance and can claim maintenance rights . File domestic violence case
