Legal Question in Family Law in India

My father is 70 years old.We are 2 brothers and one sister. My brother is married and has been troubling My parents since long and they have recently disinherited him from their property. My father owns an ancestral house which had three portions...two were bought by my father and third one he inherited from my grandfather. My brother and his wife who live with parents in same house are troubling my parents a lot and refuse to move out. My parents are in lot of stress.

What are the legal options available to my father to get rid of my brother quickly? Please advice.

the brother has a right in the ancestral property .The portion inherited from the grandfather should be partioned and his share can be given to him . The property can be partitioned by metes and bonds .You can give him the option of purchasing his share. For the rest of the property no share need to be given to them.

Your parents may throw them out, better to consult any local advocate alongwith complete documents of property.
