Legal Question in Family Law in India

We are fed up of the torture given to my daughter and her husband by the step mother in law and father in law. They beat my daughter brutally on 24th Feb and by spending lot of money, got a FIR registered against my daughter, her husband, me, my wife and my young son. Even though both of them got 323, 324, 506, 354 etc against them, despite getting beaten and abused, we all are in legal clutches since we rushed to save my daughter. I have been advised by few legal authorities, to file DV and 498(a) against both step mother and father of the boy. We have earlier 3-4 complaints against this people and kept quiet on emotional issues of not harassing them. But this has bounced on us. This is in Bangalore. Can anyone come to my help and guide me further on this? I want to take revenge of 18 months on the torture on my young qualified and well earning daughter. I want to show to the world that no one should play with the emotions of a girl's father in future.

of course you can avail of the legal remedies available to you under the law.but why is your daughter staying with the stepmotherinlaw and taking the physical torture. why not live separately elsewhere with her husband.The animosity will recur time and again so better to find a solution rather than aggravating the issue.
