Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello.. I am female aged 28, i got married in Dec 2013, & was staying with sister in law, parents in law & husband in 1 room kitchen flat. It has been a hell of a journey. My in laws were manipulative & money extracting people. I left in laws house on 08 feb 2014.. Now my father is saying that i have to go back & stay with them or they can ask him to pay 10 to 15 lac as the money spent on the wedding ceremony by them.. Is it true ? Is there a law which can force my parents to pay if i refuse to go back .. really confused, please help !
