Legal Question in Family Law in India

a female child was brought up by her paternal uncle since the child's father's death. she was given good education, settled in job. he also took care of the child's mother and the child's brother. when the female child was about 24 yrs he adopted her, as he grew old an d fell sick. the female child's mother also fell sick. So this female child is taking care of both adopted father and biological mother. Now the female child is married. The biological mother wants to bequeath her inherited ancestral property on this female.

How can this be done?
