Legal Question in Family Law in India

am female Christian by birth and lives in Mumbai and i got married to a maharashtrian in 2002. We got a child in 2004. Got seperated in 2007., And then got legal mutual divorce in 2010. My child is under my custody... my ex has got access to see his child and also the maintenance.... but since 2010 after the divorce hearing my ex has not come and seen his child nor he fulfilled any his father's duties... he is absconding and he is not traceable... just disappeared from our life.

Now I have got married in November 2014 and settling in UK permanently With my partner... I want to apply for my Child Visa and take him alongwith me to stay in UK permanently... but i cannot get my child's father letter as he is not traceable.... what should i do in this case? Please advice..
