Legal Question in Family Law in India
I want to file a case of mental torture against my wife family members, specially her brother (my bro in law, they all are misguiding my wife against me and my parents, now it is too much.
10years back also my wife along with her parents & brother filed 8 cases on me & my family and than all the cases were withdrawn on out of court settlement, but than also there is no change in her or in her parents.
I want to get safe in each and every aspect from my wife and her patents & brother, Plz advice what type of case can I file on her parents & brother?
