If I file crpc125, domestic violence and 498a case against husband. Then he files for divorce. I don't want to give divorce. He earn 35000 pm. I'm not working. I spend 5 lack rupees in marriage ( total exp).
1. What amount I'll get after divorce?
2. What amount I'll get as maintainance?
3. If he win above mentioned cases. Will I get maintance and ailmony?
4. How much time it takes if I don't want to give divorce?
5. Can he force me for mutual? He don't want to give a single rupee.

1) Cant say. U demand permanent alimony. Court will decide.
2) Court will fix based on economic status of each spouse and
the comforts given to wife at matrimonial home before separation
or at her parents residence.
3) He will get divorce decree. U will get alimony.
4) Cant say. Contested divorce may take 5 years or more.
5) He cant. Dont agree. Court will order him to pay not
himself doing at his wish.
