Is it possible to file a divorce decree application through power of attorney as the concerned person is residing abroad and not possible to visit India? If yes then can you quote cases for reference .

Dear client the person who reside abroad have to send power attorney in the name of nearest relative and that power of attorney has to be attached by indian embassy in India. For any legal help call me on 9422611385
