Legal Question in Family Law in India
i file my divorce suit on sept 2010 and she file her suit on jan 2011 under hma section 24 for interim maintenance and got a order passed on June 2011 of 7000/- month for her and my child. The order was passed on the base joint family property which is pending in supreme court has iam not getting any income from those properties so i could not pay the maintenance so the proceedings was stop till i pay all the dues. We are not in connection with each other still now .
my question is
we are separated from each other for a period of 6 years still now does in this case our separation can be consider as automatic divorce or what shall i do
