Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

I file writ petition in the Lahore High Court against Unfair Interim Maintenance(10000/Per Month per Child total 20000 while I am unemployed) . On the day of initial arguments my lawyer gave arguments on urgent cause list, and honourable Justice told decision would be deliver on 2:00 PM on 8th may. Then next day we check status from web and from call center it says "For Order". We check every day but result remains same. My lawyer inquired and find that Honourable Justice take file of the case with him to Lahore while his tenure in our city bench is complete. Now I need decision immediately. I am unemployed and not able to pay interim maintenance of this high. Please guide me what is the legal remedy for this situation and how I can get decision while net court date in family court is approaching.

Submit the amount in the Trial Court under protest. It will later be adjusted if order is changed by High Court. You can also file review petition in Trial Court to amend the order.. [email protected]
