I Filed a 498a case again my husband in 2013.parallaly guardianship case (filed by myhusband),maintenance case(filed by me) is in ongoing process.Now in 17 th march 2016 is fixed for charge against my husband.Bt 2 days ago he send me a copy of high court kolkata,that the charge date is posponed for 4 weeks.so,my uestion is what can i do?is this can effect on my oyher case?

It appears your husband has gone to the HC for quashing 498A proceedings. You will need to defend the case in the HC. The trial court shall not frame charge on 17th and next date should be given. But for this, there is no effect on your case unless HC decision is finally against you.
