Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have been filed 498a against my hubby. However court has been issued a non bailable warrent against him. After filing the case my hubby absconded to USA. LOC is also issued against him. Recently his passport got expired but he renewed it from USA Indian embassy. How to get him back to India.

You may apply to the court for declaring him a "proclaimed offender".
