i had filed a case of divorce on my wife HMP 125 I WANT TO KNOW THAT CAN SHE GO OUTSIDE INDIA LEAVING THE CASE AS IT IS AND IF SHE IS NOT COMING IN THE HEARINGS CAN I TAKE ANY ACTION AGAINST HER OR NOT
