Legal Question in Family Law in

I had filed case against my wife under Section 9 of HMA after 14 years of marriage. She is in Central Govt Job. She taken all the household and went to her mother place in Apr'10. Now She is living separately with socalled brother from Nov'10, Now a days her borther is taking care of all the needs drop and pick her up from office. I have two kids 13 years and 9 years. She even does not allow me to meet the kids and even does not allow me to talk over phone.
When I meet her, She said I donot want divorce, will live separately. If you want I will ready to give divorce, My question is : a) Can I meet my kids at her house after filing the case section 9
b) if I meet the kids with her house without her consent, She can go to police
c)Whether she can ask right from my owned property

a)you can after filing case u/s 9 HMA apply to the court for visitation rights if your wife is not allowing you to meet your children .

b)if court orders for visitation rights no authority from your wife is required.

c)yes but you can defend yourself
