Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
I have filed a child custody case and judge has framed issues for discussion less health and education which were my primary concern in my application. I have now filed an application for including health and education for issue framing but the other party lawyer replied that issues once framed in family law cannot be re framed. Please guide me what shd i do ? what is the aw onto it

in child custody case it is proper to frame one issue in this area and that is with whom from the parties the welfare of child lies.this issue would involve evidence on every point including the health and education.still if you are aggrieved you may request the court in writing to frame issue on it.the court has power at any stage to reframe add or alter issues be it family case though it is admitted that family court is not strictly bound to follow rules of civil procedure and evidence.if your application is not accepted anyhow you may challenge the same before upper forums or courts.for any further assistance you may email at following
