i filed for civil case of divorce but my husband is not coming for the hearing ...i am planning to file a DVA against him...what will happen if he doesnt come for dva case ? and how long does it take for a DVA case to solve

First summon and then warrant will be served. Non bailable warrant may also be issued. Get an ex parte decree in divorce case.

Dear if he is not coming to attain the divorce case after service of summons then pray to court to order ex party order. If he will not appear before in dv case court will issue warrant against him. For any legal help call me on 9422611385
