Legal Question in Family Law in India

I had filed a complaint in CAW cell because my husband and mother in law had thrown me out of their house without any reason ( they were not happy with the gifts given to them by my parents). I wanted to stay with my husband but my husband refused to stay with me there in CAW cell. FIR got registered. My husband is not arrested yet.
I dont want to persue 498a ( case is not yet registered). They call me at police station for bills and statements but I did not go there yet. I live with my widow mother and her health is also not good. Its impossible for me to fight case.
So my question is-
If I dont go there( at police station for statement) and dont submit bills. Will it benefit my husband?
As I dont want to file case. How to end it? Or how to stop it for some time ( atleast one year) ?
Pls help

As the FIR is registered, you need to get the same quashed from High Court.
