Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have already filed crpc 125 case and a CAW cell complaint.

1) now if I file rcr. Will it prove that my husband is innocent and its me who torture him?

2) can I file dv and 498a after rcr or if he files divorce?

3) as I already given complaint in CAW cell. What will happen to that case? If my case get dismiss due to my continuons absence. Can I get reopen that case?

First I just want to stay with my husband. Second if he is not ready than I want maintenence. Third if he files divorce then I want my stridhan and marriage expenses.

I dont want to teach him lesson or anything else. I dont want to file so many cases. I live with my widow mother. I dont have power to fight cases. What is right for me? pls advice

Approach the legal cell in court and get free advocate, he will help you but most of the time, they are not much expert. but they will save your money. Rest they will handle everything.

IN short, you should file 498A case at first instance before police.
