I filed a devorce againts my wife we have 2 children a boy and girl.she want me to pay for her flat and suport for the children. now i will pay for the childre but not for her.my salury is not that big and have a lot of expences.she just want to drain me.we have a contract that say if i devorce her i must pay her only 20000dh.she have a flat in egypt that i bought her but she insist in staying in the uae.i want her to go back to Egypt.my boy is staying with me now for 3 weeks can i get full custody over himn and hou do they know how much i have to pay for suport

You have not mentioned as to where you have filed the Divorce case and as to what is the position of the said case. You have also not mentioned as to whether you have produced before the Court the abovementioned Document executed by your wife and if so what has the Court decided on the same.

Normally you would have to pay Maintenance for your Wife and also the 2 children. The amount to be paid would be decided by the Court depending on your income. If your wife is unemployed and under your sponsorship then, once you get the Divorce Order you can get your sponsorship canceled. The custody of the children can be sought from the Court.
