Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have filed for divorce way back in 2007 and the case was argued and posted for judgement as well. Due to transfer of judge we have to make fresh arguments before the new judge. My wife during final arguments of divorce petition filed for conjugal rights ( after close to a 10 years of separation ). Can I have a stay on the conjugal rights case since my divorce case is almost at final stages and this was just filed to drag on as they may plan to club these 2 cases by filing another application ?
