Under normal circumstances, you cannot be prevented from going abroad for employment. So even if you go on vacation they cannot prevent you from returning back. The Divorce case is a sort of Civil case, so there is nothing to worry, unless there is any order from any Court for your personal appearance and your non-appearance has resulted in any warrant being issued against you. If you are aware of the present position of the Case then it is fine.

However, you may ensure not to get involved in any criminal case which may jeopardize your plans. You may inform others an extended period of vacation, so that others do not exactly know as to when you would be returning back. If you are on a month vacation you may mislead others by saying that you will be on 3 months vacation.
