Legal Question in Family Law in India
I filed a divorce case against my wife last year in the month of August. Till now I have attended three hearings (judge passed only dates with a long gap nearly 2months) in the court. My wife dint attend any of the hearing, she received the affidavit via post but she dint attend any hearing. Its been a long time but still I am not getting expartie divorce.
I have two children and I am ready to give maiantainance and everything to them. Could you please tell me more how much time it will take for me? as per the law if exparty is not attending the court most probably 3 or 4 attempts will be the hearing but for me no result till now,,, what is the duration? when can I expect? please suggest

Dear client if summons of divorce case is served on yr wife and she is not present on dates personally or through lawyer then u can pray for ex party order. For any legal help call me

If a party does not appear despite receiving summons, the court may order ex parte on next date.
