I have filed for divorce in the family court against my husband The first hearing was on 28th Feb 2014which he did not appear they then gave the date as 19/03/2014 for which he did not appear again. they have now set another date in april what will happen if he does not appear for any hearing

Talk to your advocate and Appeal the court to grant ex-parte divorce.
