I already filed a divorce petition in court against my wife on the ground of mental cruelty , after that, my wife also filed a petition for maintenance charge & now Can she file 498a case against me ?

she may file this case but you have good ground that as you file divorce hence she file 498a.
on this ground you may win the case or get A.Bail also.
