Legal Question in Family Law in India

i filed divorce petition by wrong address , filed address proof with petition of id issued by post office 10 years older before marriage when i was unmarried .and my husband filed 340 crpc on me .

1--- IS it will effect my divorce case because all incident was showen by me of wrong address?

2--- what to do ? please advice me

if wrong addresses given without malafide intention then no problem, moreover , u filed old addresses not fake one.

340 application may not hold much ground in this situation. However, you may leave this to your lawyer for dealing the matter appropriately.

In a pending court case, the lawyer appearing in that court is in a better position to advise.
