Legal Question in Family Law in India
I filed for divorce. But my respondent is not attending court proceeding for last 5 dates. She has not appointed lawyer also. I attends it regularly n now submitted my final evidence to court. They called me for argument after 8 days..
Now how this case will move forward.? Can court grant divorce one side? No need of her confirmation on final judgement??

dear client if yr wife has not appear in the court then court will order ex-party divorce in yr favor. for any legal help call me on 9422611385

You may get divorce in favour of you but the case may be reopen.
