i have filed i dv case against my husband ..i left my matrimonial house in front of the police bare handed my jewellery is with my husband ...i didn't have any personal locker...now my husband has filed a divorce case against me how ever the allegations are false snd have proofs even ..my case is also going on in caw ......will i get my jewellery back ...plsd help me and suggest me ....am i going on right path....

there is no reason for you to not to get the jewellery back since your evidence that you left bare handed is a strong evidence unless they have evidence to the contrary.
DV and CAW case are independent of Divorce.
your husband has to prove that you took away the jewelry. however, you may collect the receipts of the same in order to get back your valuables....help of a lawyer would prove fruitful.
