I filed a dv case and recovery for gold in the court against my husband.we have a baby less than one year and now living separately for the past few months. He continuously made phone calls and use bad languages to my family members. He is not ready for a divorce. Now I think more about my baby's future.what decision can I take in this issue.pls give a solution.i heard about legal agreement made under the courts record.after he signed the conditions and continue life again.is it possible. ?then what condition can I put forward for a peaceful life.how can we make such agreements.pls give a solution

human nature cannot be defined through contract. either you both should patch up amicably and live happily or there is a solution to dissolve the marriage through decree of divorce.
