I have filed a false dowry case (ornaments return and 498A) against my husband and his parents as advised by my lawyer. I also filed maintenance case against him and he is paying only for my son as he claimed in court that i am working. My lawyer advised to take the property detail of my husband and parents through RTI act and we got a report that he doesn't have any property and their properties are under the name of his mother. Now my lawyer filed petition with ornaments return case to attach mother in laws property. Is there any chance to attach her property as she is the 3rd accused in ornament return case. please advise.
