Legal Question in Family Law in India

I had filed an fir against my husband on 19 July 2012 u/s 498 a police had after investigation filed the charge sheet in Nov 2013 now am following regularly in court but the case had not started assuming him guilty everytime his lawyer gives the excuse that he is not coming . Is there any thing I can do to start up the case. They belong from a very influencing family
