Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have filed maintenance case against my husband who lives in Bangalore and has permanent house in Bihar whereas I live in New Delhi. Court have instructed to send summons by Courier,speed post,registered post , by district judge and by dasti as well.As I live in Delhi and I do not have anybody in my family apart from old parents who can go to Bangalore and hand over summon to my husband.

Also my advocate is asking for 15k to travel to Bangalore to handover the summon which I cannot afford.Please advice if there is any other way ? Can dasti summon be ignored, what can be the impact?

dear client as court order for speed post summons then u can keep back dasti summons. or otherwise u can personally serve it. for detail discussion call me

no impact. straight way ask the judge that as there is no one in your house to support you and accompany you to Bangalore hence you are unable to serve Dasti summons, it may be published in newspaper.
