Legal Question in Family Law in India
i have filed maintenence case under section 125 crpc. my husband is not coming to court intentionally and saying ' main jail me reh lunga lekin tujhe ek paisa nahi dunga' .
I have a voice call recording which can proof that he know about the maintenence case and he is intentionally avoiding this.
what to do?

If case is pending in court and notice issued by court is duly served upon your husband then let the court to take its course like proceeding "exparte" against your husband.
