We filed a mutual divorce case but our marriage is declared as illegal n the case dismissed. So my husband got married to another woman bcoz he is free to do so n u said that i will get the custody of the child .so can I take the decision of my son's religion becoz m Muslim n my husband was buddist. If I change my son's surname what will happen?

Can I get the authority to change his surname?would he (husband )take action against this? M really confused sir please help me out
