I filed rcr case in district court my husband didnt attend once also so the judge made it exparte gave me order in favour to me.now shall my husband has right to appeal it in highcourt so that again he will start this rcr case in highcourt against this order to make me once again go through courts to waste time and drag the case

A person proceeded ex parte is entitled to seek setting aside of ex parte against him; he is also entitled to file an appeal. So far, you have the RCR decree in your favour. You may wait for further steps to be taken by your husband.
