I have filed under section crpc125 from my parental house Vadodara.my place of marriage is delhi.we last resided together in Pune.now I am living in Mumbai.please guide me for my jurisdiction for filing Domestic violence and divorce case.Now can I file both cases from abroad and delhi respectively.

Dear client u can file domestic violence case where u presently reside. U have to file divorce either where u got married or where u lastly reside with u husband. For any legal help call me on 9422611385
