Legal Question in Family Law in Saudi Arabia

I am a filipina married to a Pakistan and we have a 9 yrs old daughter.in the 5th year of our marriage,he got engaged and married a Pakistan female arranged by his family without my knowledge.the girl on the other hand also believed that he ia a bachelor.when he brought his wife here in Saudi, he has to move back to his family's house and stay with the new wife to make his dramaconvincing.i stayed with our daughter alone in a rented room.a couple of years back,he was able to bring our daughter into his family's home telling hia qife that she's a daughter of his very close friend and she was instructed to call him uncle when she's in his home. Is it possible for me to ask divorce and be granted with the custody of our daughter? I am planning to go for a short vacation to Philippines.it it possible that I can bring our daughter with me?what are the legal steps? Pls help me as I don't have anyone to give me advice regarding this matter.

yes it is possible for you to ask for seperation and the cutody of your daughter if you are both muslims go for the sharia court if you are not muslim please tell me more if you are in Riyadh leave your telephone I will try to help you
