HI ALL ,

I had filled the case u/s9 of hma in year 2011.the case is going on shimla.she filled reply on 06/12/2013.now i recived a notice from caw cell Delhi to attend the office of caw cell on 29/09/2011 received the letter on 11/12/2013 by ordinary post.in her reply on 06/12/2013 she did not mention that she filed any case in caw cell in Delhi.now what shoud i do?
