Legal Question in Family Law in India

I filled a dv and maintenance case against my husband and in-laws in 2016 but my husband never showed up for any hearing and my father in law shows a piece of advertisement in news paper of eviction of my husband from his property and after sometime my advocate withdraw my dv case against my in laws except my husband without prior discussion with me and made me sign a paper in front of judge then after hearing I understand all these thing . Court ordered a maintenance of 5000 rs. in my favour but as my husband is already evicted from my in laws property and never showed up how I get my maintanance then I approach women cell where my case is already filled there they we can't do any thing because you withdraw your in laws in court . Even I don't want anything from my husband because he never called me for mediation so I just need divorce and my own dowry things back . Can you suggest me a solution for that
