We had filled mutual divorce and I withdraw the case and now I want to go back but he is just avoiding me. He had torcher me a lot by mentally n physical and I had proof also but I love him a lot and want to go back and just few day before I had filled RCR please give me suggests what to do

Even RCR can't help. There is no provision for the execution of order. Practically, court can't force him to reside with you. If you can't win him with love, there is no other way.
