Legal Question in Family Law in India

We have two flats recently bought, both are on husbands name and co-applicant is his brother. As a wife no where my name is mentioned.

Can there be any complications happen if has to put wife's name as co-applicant.

Might be he is going to take loan hence he add his brothers name.

You are working or not.

These all things are countable.
