Legal Question in Family Law in India

We have two flats recently bought, both are on husbands name and co-applicant is his brother. As a wife no where my name is mentioned.

Can there be any complications happen if has to put wife's name as co-applicant.

I am working but i was against to shift to another as my husband had already had one that he sold that for new one.

it is advisable to put your name as an coapplicant. it will save you from complicatioons later on. the brother will demand his share and you will have no options but to pay him his share at the prevailing market rate of the property.
